No Refunds

Please note that Ukhti Boutique does not offer refunds for any purchases, whether made in-store or online. Customers are advised to carefully review product details, sizes, and colours before completing a purchase.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be considered only in the event of a defective or incorrect item being delivered. All exchange requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within three (3) days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Items purchased on sale or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
